For more than 20 years Donna has leveraged compelling messaging and dynamic campaigns to create brand legacy and drive conversion. She has led marketing and growth strategy across multiple agency and startup models toward expanding and positioning multi-location brands including Lifestyle Family Fitness, Strayer University and Lennar Homes. As a Chief Brand Officer, Donna has extensive talent architecting Mergers and Acquisition rebrands for Private Equity middle market portfolio companies specializing in consumer goods and services as well as healthcare. Donna is spear heading the Endorphinz client marketing and growth models to assist brands in growing user bases and revenue using the signature content flywheel. Donna holds a BA from Eckerd College and an MBA from University of Tampa. When she's not crafting meaningful stories for brands, Donna enjoys kickboxing, running and is a fervent globetrotter who boasts more than 20 stamps on her passport.
