Hey y’all! My name is Chloe Miltenberger and I am a self proclaimed gym addict! I love going to the gym and trying out new workouts because it helps me relieve stress, let out any aggression or anxieties, unplug from the world, and clear my head. My fitness journey started as a little girl with cheerleading and dance which ultimately lead to track and field in the off season and then flag football as I got into college. Along my journey I was introduced to lifting weights and cardio for the first time and I very quickly fell in love! Now I teach indoor cycling in Tampa Florida and still enjoy trying new ways to move my body and get a workout in!
