MEET MATT

I grew up playing sports- track and field, soccer and softball. I have a business degree and background in sales and marketing but always had a passion for fitness. After my daughter died in 2008 I ran and worked out at therapy. It truly helped me mentally and physically survive. 10 years ago i got certified in Les Mills Body Combat and taught some other group fitness classes as well. 6 years ago got my ACE personal training certification and coached at OTf and F45.  I love helping people feel empowered though exercise. Testing their limits and seeing them get stronger in all areas of their life. I especially have a passion for empowering women. Social media puts so much pressure on us to look and be a certain way that I want women to feel beautiful and strong in their own skin for themselves. Empowering women also empowers me. I now personal train on my own writing and developing my own workouts for clients.  I believe that happiness is a choice. It takes work and no one can make you happy. That’s why my hashtag is #choosehappiness. One day after I lost my daughter, I physically had to make the choice to work on finding my happiness again.
